Finally, LIGNA.2023 again!

From May 15 - 19, 2023, LIGNA, the world's leading trade fair for woodworking and wood processing, took place in Hanover. Five days full of innovations and technical discussions at the LEUCO booth.

Innovative out of passion, sustainable out of conviction.LEUCO showed the trade numerous new and innovative tool solutions. Innovations that offer the industry new possibilities in production:

CNC and throughfeed machining

Tools with a cutting edge arrangement based on the patent-pending "Fibonacci principle". Depending on the application, it offers numerous advantages. Examples:

• Fibonacci nesting shank-type cutters: higher feed rates, more stable tools and better qualities
• LEUCO p-System Fibonacci jointing cutter: Improves the already brilliant cutting quality even further
• LEUCO SmartJointer airFace Fibonacci jointing cutter: Particularly fine cutting pattern, even with varying panel thicknesses
• Fibonacci disc finger jointing cutter: Reduces power consumption by up to 15%.

CNC machining

Circular saw blades

• Optimized diamond-tipped conical HR scorer with more tool life and reduced sharpening service costs

Digital tools

• New option: re-serialization of existing tools for digital twin
